We had Sean come out and diagnose something another company said was a different (more expensive issue). Sean showed me everything he was doing and provided reasons why he suggested different options. Then, when we decided to get a brand new outside unit he went out of his way to get us options at different price points. Then got the unit and got it installed 2 days later. Generally never leave Google reviews but after two years of this work being done, really felt compelled and should have done it a while back ago. Sean (DryMount) quite literally saved me from spending over $12k in unnecessary HVAC work that was recommended by another hvac specialist. He arrived on time and explained everything that he was going to do. He was very professional. He repaired all my leaks in one day but and made sure that all the leaks were repaired before he left.
