I had an excellent experience working with Will and Kevin. They were professional, reliable, and very thorough with the drying and mold removal in my apartment. Will was incredibly kind and helpful during a very stressful time, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt reassured. It was such a pleasant experience working with DryMetrics! After having a horrible experience with other remediation companies in Orlando, Will and his team took great care of my house during the remediation process. They listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond the initial scope of work.
