Jeff is a fantastic carpet cleaner! He has gotten deep stains out of ny carpets and he is extremely friendly and thorough. I was completely impressed by his professionalism. In regards to that crazy 1 star review I just saw on his review page - don’t let it stop you from using his services. He is fantastic. As someone who had high expectations for this individual and company I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. He bad mouths tenants to their landlords and trys to just cover up his mistakes. There's a reason hes at the bottom of the list on Google. Don't use him if you want bad service, and a someone who just loves to gossip.
Jeff pulled Gatorade out of our carpet that had been sitting for almost a year. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend going to him for stain removal and carpet cleaning!
