We paid $500 in advance while I was in the hospital to have our carpets cleaned. They were never cleaned and we still haven’t been paid back it has been over 2 months and we have been more than patient. I hate to be this person but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. 💔
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner/employe, Eric J Saunders is a scammer/fraud. He owes a lot of people money... including the money he took from me unauthorized...Over $8,000+ and I have everything in writing. He will put on an act to be a nice guy, father of 3 but he is a fraud!! BEWARE!
I've never been so impressed with a carpet cleaning company. I was looking to have carpets cleaned in one of our bedrooms, Eric was quick to respond and was able to fit us in the same day! I appreciate him going out of his way to take care of us. The carpet looks and smells so good! He also took care of the rug in our entry way and now our house smells amazing.
