DryMaster installed a French drain and sump pump in my basement 8 years ago. Everything has been dry until yesterday when I had an inch of water on my basement floor. I called Bud late afternoon, and he came the next morning. The water had nothing to do with the French drain or sump pump, but Bud fixed this problem. This company is wonderful and stands by the product and service, even years later!

My basement was getting plenty of water so I decided to call Drymaster. *** came out to give me an estimate. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The following week the guys came out to put in the french drain. They were courteous and they also answered all my questions. They covered everything up and afterwards cleaned everything up. No mess at all. I would definitely use them again. Thank you ***
