Super nice. The spa was such a surprise and beyond fun! A lot of cool things that made us feel so good. Silent rooms, salt rooms, saunas, stream room, ice bath, hot tubs, legit workout space, all conveniently located.
I’ve been a member for almost a year , the experience was terrible . Staff is great, but everything else sucks . Showers never work hot tub is always cold or empty or out of order. Gym is always crowded with group classes or things like that . And I got two pair of shoes stolen. Going back to Westin gym as soon as I finish the ridiculous 12 month commitment.
