I’ve been a member for almost a year , the experience was terrible . Staff is great, but everything else sucks . Showers never work hot tub is always cold or empty or out of order. Gym is always crowded with group classes or things like that . And I got two pair of shoes stolen. Going back to Westin gym as soon as I finish the ridiculous 12 month commitment.

The hot tub is very cold, the jacuzzi is not hot.

By far, the worst gym in the valley. The amenities (steam room & sauna) never work. Locker rooms are a mess, and the gym is always unorganized. Tried to cancel my membership and the front desk could not help and couldn't get a hold of someone over the phone until the beginning of the next month. Ended up having to pay an extra month when I was trying to cancel.

The on-site gym is impressive in scale and amenities, offering everything from Peloton bikes to a turf area, yoga classes, and recovery tools like Normatec boots and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. However, some equipment needs better organization and maintenance. The spa, with its hot tubs, sauna, and salt room, adds a solid wellness component.
