By far, the worst gym in the valley. The amenities (steam room & sauna) never work. Locker rooms are a mess, and the gym is always unorganized. Tried to cancel my membership and the front desk could not help and couldn't get a hold of someone over the phone until the beginning of the next month. Ended up having to pay an extra month when I was trying to cancel.

The on-site gym is impressive in scale and amenities, offering everything from Peloton bikes to a turf area, yoga classes, and recovery tools like Normatec boots and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. However, some equipment needs better organization and maintenance. The spa, with its hot tubs, sauna, and salt room, adds a solid wellness component.

Perfect location close to everything. Also has an amazing gym and spa. $50 day pass is worth it. Sauna, steam, hot pools, well equipped gym. Very peaceful, right on the river.

If you plan to use the steam room be prepared for it to be off or broken. I like to use the steam room after every workout and it gets extremely frustrating when its not on!!!! Locker room can get a bit messy and weights are sometimes not restacked in the morning.
