Do you enjoy HIIT classes, strength classes, and classes to get you ready for your weekend adventures? Then check out Dryland Fitness! Dryland has reinvigorated my love for the gym. They are the best work out classes I have ever been to and the coaches are even better! Keeping the classes smaller creates a sense of community among those teaching and partaking in the classes. If you prefer to work out solo there is always an option for open gym too when classes are not going on. I would recommend Dryland 100% of the time.
