Had my townhome dryer vent cleaned by Omar after my dryer had stopped generating heat during a cold front. The company was willing to go on the roof if needed and the owner was extremely communicative and accommodating throughout the process. Would highly recommend them.
I reported a problem immediately after the cleaning strange rattling sounds in the ductwork. Was told someone would come back to inspect. It’s been over a week and no one has followed up. I’ve left messages and emails. Nothing. Once they got paid, they disappeared. Terrible customer service.
Dishonest and unreliable. Starts a job he promised, claims he has no time to finish. Keeps rescheduling, finally comes back and claims to find an ‘issue in need of immediate repair’ of course for an additional fee. Scam artist.

Fantastic Service! He explained everything before starting the work. Went above and beyond to point out potential problems with duct work in the attic that caused mold build-up in our vents. I highly recommend them and will use them for future services. Very detailed and the air in my house is so fresh and clean again!!
