I reported a problem immediately after the cleaning strange rattling sounds in the ductwork. Was told someone would come back to inspect. It’s been over a week and no one has followed up. I’ve left messages and emails. Nothing. Once they got paid, they disappeared. Terrible customer service.
Dishonest and unreliable. Starts a job he promised, claims he has no time to finish. Keeps rescheduling, finally comes back and claims to find an ‘issue in need of immediate repair’ of course for an additional fee. Scam artist.

Fantastic Service! He explained everything before starting the work. Went above and beyond to point out potential problems with duct work in the attic that caused mold build-up in our vents. I highly recommend them and will use them for future services. Very detailed and the air in my house is so fresh and clean again!!
I'm extremely disappointed with the dryer vent cleaning service I received from DryerVentz Service Orlando. They promised to clean my dryer vent and improve my dryer's efficiency, but after the service, my dryer was still taking forever to dry my clothes. When I asked them about it, they told me it was because my dryer was old and needed to be replaced.
