Fantastic Service! He explained everything before starting the work. Went above and beyond to point out potential problems with duct work in the attic that caused mold build-up in our vents. I highly recommend them and will use them for future services. Very detailed and the air in my house is so fresh and clean again!!
I'm extremely disappointed with the dryer vent cleaning service I received from DryerVentz Service Orlando. They promised to clean my dryer vent and improve my dryer's efficiency, but after the service, my dryer was still taking forever to dry my clothes. When I asked them about it, they told me it was because my dryer was old and needed to be replaced.
DryerVentz Service Orlando's technicians are unprofessional and lack attention to detail. They showed up late to my appointment and didn't even bother to wear uniforms or identification badges. When I asked them about their qualifications, they seemed evasive and unsure. They also left a mess in my laundry room and didn't even bother to clean up after themselves.
Juan exemplified professionalism and thoroughness throughout the process. He addressed each of our concerns with clarity and ease, ensuring we felt informed every step of the way. He expertly repaired our broken attic vent and created an opening to connect it to our dryer, effectively preventing a potential fire hazard. We sincerely appreciate his service and will certainly consider this company for future duct cleaning needs.
Juan is very profesional, courteous, and punctual. Was able to make my appointment less than a week from initial call. Did a fantastic job, and was very thorough. I will definitely refer his service to my family and friends.
