Dryer vent came loose from roof and duct hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years. Dryer Vent Wizard also did the work 10 years ago. It’s nice to deal with a company that has some longevity and keeps a record of past customers. The price was reasonable based on research of competing contractors.

Marvin, the service technician, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and showed up exactly on time. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job cleaning the venting, replacing what needed replacing, and installing a new metal cover on the exterior wall. I would highly recommend this company and in particular this technician!
