The service man was very professional, personable, and efficient. He explained his recommendations clearly and did not push on an item I chose not to do. He cleaned our dryer vent pipe and replaced the outside vent cover with a “critter proof” unit in less than an hour.
Brian provided same day service and was able to arrive 30 minutes ahead of schedule and with notification prior to arrival. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and provided advice regarding relocating a dryer vent. Brian installed two vent covers in a timely manner at the pre approved price.
