Technician Shane was creative and fixed an issue at my mother’s home. He was friendly, professional, and cleaned up everything. He even went out of his way and moved back large furniture so that when I got off work I didn’t have to. Brenda, who helped schedule everything me, was wonderful!!!! Everything works great and I will be using Dryer Vent Wizard again. Thank you!
