Came quickly, resolved everything I requested and found outside vent cover was not up to code.
The technician was very thorough
The dryer transition duct was partially detached from our dryer, causing lint to accumulate everywhere. We were so happy to have Kara come to make the repair and clean the duct. She explained what she would be repairing and showed me what she was doing while she worked. She was very neat and cleaned up all of the accumulated lint. I felt very confident with Kara’s work and think she is a real credit to her company. We were grateful to have the repair completed so quickly.
Our technician was on time, friendly, and extremely professional. He made things very clear about our dryer and vent setup, and what he suggested was needed to improve our performance. He did a great job and was very thorough. Would highly recommend. They definitely improved our performance and safety!
