Quick to schedule and very nice support staff. Service was quick and efficient and liked explanations. Only hiccup was the service rep was late regarding the scheduled service window. Apparently, a flat tire. That's fine but a phone call to let us knowwould have been appreciated. I will use again!
Despite a mishap with the plug falling out and machine not working after they left, I would highly recommend these guys. They were reasonably priced, did a great job, returned to solve the power issue with urgency and courtesy. Very good service.
Absolutely top-notch service from Dryer Vent Wizard of Asheville! I found these guys after a frustrating experience with another local company that supposedly cleaned out our dryer vent. It had been three years since our last cleaning, and while the dryer seemed fine, it recently started throwing error messages about a clogged vent. I remembered the company we used last time actually got up on the roof and used tools to clean it properly.
