great customer service
They showed up on time. Pulled out our dryer and found the original aluminum attachment was squished in, bent and what was causing my machine to not totally dry. (This is new build 2 years ago). Took it off and replaced it. Now I don’t get error message.
He arrived on time. I showed him my outside vent and then went inside, to check the hose. I had bought a new interior hose. When Frank saw what I did to the outside vent really impressed him. He fixed that and put the original vent on. When he tested it, the dust bunnies went 1/2 way across the yard. First time I saw my louvered vent "stand at attention." No back flow of dust into my pipe (about 20' long). I learned a lot from the Dryer Vent Wizard. And I will tell others about this company. Dryer fires are serious.
