We needed to re-route the dryer vent. Dryer Vent Wizard came out once to assess the project, and a second time to do the work. It looks good and works great.
Michael did an excellent job cleaning our long dryer vent and installing a new vent cover. He was efficient and kept me informed of what he was doing. The company communication with the customer was great, with appropriate reminders of the appointment, Etc. and the tech showed up on time. RECOMMEND
Great service and very friendly employee
Dryer Vent Wizard was the only company we were able to find who could service our second floor dryer exhaust. Cyrus came out and was punctual and professional. Our exhaust was detached from the back of the dryer, which he repaired while also cleaning up the lint that had built up back there. After cleaning the exhaust he gave us some helpful hints to know when we need service again. Very happy with the experience!
