Update 10/8: After 3 attempts to call Carl Hein, so that the amount charged could be corrected, (per his request), I have yet to receive a return call. I may make another attempt to reach Carl. But, at this point, I am tired of reaching out. Is his request to call him a standard response to poor reviews, but, then provides no correction? It is too bad because the service is great.
