Robb removed clogged and dangerous plastic vent tubing and replaced it with solid metal piping. The job was more involved than he originally planned and estimated, and he was extremely kind, courteous, and up-front with us at each stage of the project. The cuts that he made in our finished wall are straight and will easily be repaired (he gave us a recommendation of a drywall specialist as well). Robb was prompt, had it detailed out what he would do and the costs. We had our vent tube disattach itself He from the roof. Seriously feel so much better knowing we are safe from fire a d that the damage is repaired.

Not sure why but left duct off and unbeknown to us the lint was flying out the back for a month. Very rude helper. Was supposed to work and was going to leave but didn’t feel comfortable with them In my house so I waited

Robb is professional and was prompt for his appt. When I called to make the appt the scheduler told me a service tech would come out, inspect the situation, and provide a free estimate of the work. The scheduler did not inform me of the $39.99 service call fee. I had done some cleaning of the vent prior and when Robb measured the airflow, he said it was very good.
