Let me tell you how great this company is, specifically Jim Adams. I originally had dryer vent cleaning services done by Frozen AC Solutions (DONT EVER CALL THEM). They sent a technician out and he "cleaned the vents and tested them." While he was "cleaning them" I was outside trying to find my cat that he let out. Jim came out today to redo a job that another company failed miserably at. I should have used Dryer Vent Specialist the first time!!! Jim had the proper equipment and not just a leaf blower and shop vac like the other guy. Not only did he get ALL of the lint out of the pipe, he did airflow readings before and after. He also went in the attic and repaired a portion of the pipe that wasn't sealed correctly. When the other guy used the leaf blower he blew all kind of lint into the attic. Honest and reliable Business my dryer stopped heating found out that my vent was clogged they fixed and cleared the vents and fixed my dryer by replacing the heating coil. Excellent price not out to rip you off. Thanks Jim and Phil

I have had another company clean my duct twice and both times they left a mess outside and in my laundry room. When I had Dryer Vent Specialist come he cleaned everything. He was very nice and professional. He did extra without charging me more. I would highly recommend them.

While drying my clothes I began noticing a smell similar to when you scorch your clothes with a flatiron. I called Dryer vent specialist and they came quickly and they let me see how lint filled my vent was. They were very neat and clean. They were quick and efficient and were there when they said they would be.
