I called Craig today because I was having issues with my dryer not drying my clothes and he was able to come out within two hours and was amazing.. Not only was he punctual and courteous but he did a great job and explained everything to me on how and why he was doing what he was doing. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for help with their dryer vents. I will be calling him back every 12 months to have to my maintenance work so future problems don't happen.
Had a major issue in the wall where the vent pipe came loose causing the wall to heat up and make the A/C thermostat think it was 90 degrees inside- Dryer Vent Professionals took the time to open the wall, found the leak - taped it all up - cleaned out the vent on the roof, changed the vent behind the dryer - and now after MONTHS I can actually dry clothes without having to turn the air conditioner off! Thank you Dryer Vent Professionals.....I am a happy girl today!!! Craig is indeed a professional and knows his stuff.
