I called today to have my dryer vent cleaned and Kevin came to my house within 30 minutes! He was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable of the work. He was also very clean! He cleaned out 2 birds' nests and after everything was done he even took the garbage with him! Would definitely recommend.
Initially was set up for a 10am appointment on a Monday. There was an issue with their system and I didnt receive a call from Kevin until 2pm Monday. Kevin was extremely apologetic and offered to be there within the next few hours. My schedule didn't line up again on Monday and we set a time for Friday. Kevin kept in constant contact and even offered alternate times throughout the week to move the appointment up if I was available, but I was not. Kevin from Dryer Tech was fantastic. He came the same day, he was on time, respectful, tidy, and went above and beyond to ensure the dryer vent was clear and fully functioning. Highly recommend.
Dryer Tech, Kiril was very responsive and professional. We had an issue with dryer vent where the whole pipe had to be replaced. He did an excellent job and even added few small improvements to make the process easier going forward.
Very glad I booked this service! Kevin was quick and courteous and did a very thorough job to ensure the vent was clear, and thoughtfully re-installed the piping that leads to the vent so that it would be more secure in the future. Thank you.
