John gave excellent service and honest assessment of how frequently we need the duct cleaned. Friendly, right on time service and checked the dryer, cleaned it in addition to the ducts. He went the extra mile for sure!
I highly recommend this service..Dryer-Resue. John was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time that was needed to figure out Why my dryer was not running properly after 1 cycle.. He cleaned every aspect of the areas that needed to be cleaned, ran the dryer seeing that it was working.Hmmm Come to find out, it was a pinched hose, he shortened the hose that had been the issue.
