Dr. Dryer was our family physician from 2004 - 2015, when we moved. Dr. Dryer saw my husband and I, as well as our two children. He took all the time needed to help us understand conditions, recommendations, and the reasoning behind the recommendation. This tendency did tend to make him run late, but it was always worth it. He saw us through early pregnancy, post-birth, vaccinations, allergies, about a million bacterial or viral infections, and a cancer scare. My daughter called one day for urgent care and was told by Ann that I cannot help you over the phone. Then she said I do not even know why you are calling me. My daughter was having severe pain after gall bladder surgery. Then she said it is Friday night. What does the day have to do with anything? This is the worst way to treat someone in pain. I would never go to her for treatment. She is rude and uncaring.
Dr. Sheffels took over one and a half years to diagnose my 86 year old mother with lyme disease. My mother had textbook lyme symptoms. Finally the nurse practitioner did a lyme test and discovered the reason for my mothers severe fatigue, dizziness, shuffling gate and depression.
Best Doctor I've been to. I am 64 years old and had an excellent physical from Dr Dryer. He spent time with me and answered all of my questions. If you looking for a Family doctor with knowledge and experience this is the guy!
