Sam from Dryer Ducks came to my house today for a dryer duct cleaning. He was super nice and very professional. Turns out the dryer duct in my house is so short that it doesn't need any maintenance (I had no idea!). Sam told me that there was nothing for him to clean and he didn't want to charge me anything for his time. Free inspection, he said! I really appreciated the honesty and excellent customer service. Our condo units have signed up for dryer duct cleaning. Sam came to our condo, cleaned the dryer hose and vacuumed the outside vent within an hour. Sam is very professional, friendly, courteous and left everything in great shape. Very impressed!!!
The Dryer Duck techs continue to impress me. Lucas walked me through the process in detail and gave some theories on why we may be having air flow issues. Turns out he was spot on - when our new roof was put on, they left a screen in place causing all sorts of build up. Top notch professional service.
Mike at Dryer Ducks was great! I was pleased with the helpful person who responded quickly to my call, and Mike was able to come a few days later to clean out my dryer duct both from the inside and the outside, even though both points of access were extremely hard to get to.
We had a super experience with Dryer Ducks. After our recent renovations we had our whole house done including vents, fans and dryer duct. Sam West was our technician and Wow after seeing the before and after pictures we were so glad we did! Sam was a diligent worker, very professional and educated us about our airflow.
