Mike at Dryer Ducks was great! I was pleased with the helpful person who responded quickly to my call, and Mike was able to come a few days later to clean out my dryer duct both from the inside and the outside, even though both points of access were extremely hard to get to.
We had a super experience with Dryer Ducks. After our recent renovations we had our whole house done including vents, fans and dryer duct. Sam West was our technician and Wow after seeing the before and after pictures we were so glad we did! Sam was a diligent worker, very professional and educated us about our airflow. I recommend both Sam and Dryer Ducks to anyone needing this work done. We are very pleased!
Professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and willing to do the work with us watching so we could learn how to clean and maintain the duct ourselves. He had all the necessary tools and ducting and was able to vastly simplify the ductwork we had to a setup that is easier to maintain. Definite recommendation.
Lucas was amazing!!! My dryer duct is squeaky clean, and he explained things very well! He made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. The communication about the appointment was excellent and Lucas was quick, thorough and efficient. I very highly recommend!!!!
Lukas took such great care of us! He was professional and thorough. He paid attention to every detail- cleaning up all the dryer lint from the mulch on his hands and knees. He got into the attic to check out dryer vent and made a repair. I will for sure be returning for any service that we need!
