They lost my Louis Vuitton shirt and still charged me, and they started charging from $13 a t shirt to $40 dollars, and another Louis vuitton shirt I received was returned stained. Big rip off and always shrink and loose clothing. The city of Sunnyisles should shut them down for what they do to customers.
