Straight forward , amazing service and handled or new addition's vaccination and got all setup as our families pet's veterinarian. Our family has had pets for the last 20 years and the vets in thunder bay are useless and wouldn't help. Altho we did have pets at highview, and at meadows they couldn't find our pets files and denied that we had even taken them there , until we showed up with them in hand, then we were told they updated the system and must have missed our pets and that they are full.and cannot help us . Absolutely great staff and affordable. The staff were understanding and non-judgemental. My dog was getting neutered, and while he was under anesthesia they got rid of some small matt’s behind his ear that I couldn’t do myself (I was going to ask them too but forgot, so you can imagine how happy i was). On top of that I was calling a lot prior to the appointment because of anxiety and they answered every single question for me. Very thankful for the experience!!
Dr. Springett answered every question before we even voiced it, listed the prices of each test with each suggestions, and gave an idea of how important each test was to our personal circumstance with our cat. He made sure we did not feel guilty if we decided to forgo a certain procedure/exam/test. Our cat felt as comfortable around him as he does any adult while within his own house. The prices were absolutely fair and reasonable. Oh, and the complimentary coffee was great :) Thank you, DVS!
Max my King Charles was seen by Dr Springett for Blastomycosis and good thing they could took him in such short notice because he was in very poor shape. The technician was amazing, kind, helpful and so knowledgeable, thank you to everyone 🙏
