A very well-run ski hill, led by volunteers with so much heart. Everyone involved loves what they do and it shows on the faces of every one of the patrons. I arrived for a lesson and was fitted for boots, skis and a helmet very efficiently. My instructor (shoutout Kelly!) Helped me gear up and get started. Our lesson progressed on the hill and I had a blast. Way more fun than I was expecting, just as challenging as I expected! I am looking forward to returning so much and investing in a season pass for the following season!
I may not be as quick as I was in the 70s but I like to believe I held my own. The staff were helpful, the runs were in great shape, and it turned out to be a perfect place to hone my skills after such a long break. If I am ever back this way, I’ll definitely be back, knees permitting.
