Moved here 8 or 9 years ago from base and it was great and no dogs were allowed. Now the owner lets dogs out here. Every year it gets worse because these dog loving idiots won't clean up behind their dogs and lie to management all the time that they clean up behind them. I'm not sure what the fine is but it should be quadrupled. I can't even go to the mailbox without avoiding dog mess.
