Lost our house to fire protected by different company, fast forward, put a new double wide up got quote, paid bill, got policy, and then got a cancellation notice from Dryden Mutual stating to much of a risk due to recent fire.
Dryden Mutual claims department is the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I am having a pole barn put up on my property. Long story short, my contractor hit a sewage line that ran to a sewer main that runs threw my back yard that no one had knowledge of it even being there. It is not even located on the towns map of where the sewer mains run, My contractor took full responsibility for damaging the pipe.
