I’m incredibly happy that I have been able to get such good service locally! I like to shop local as much as possible. Fantastic customer service since my purchase. At Dryden GM they go out of their way to make sure you’re happy and that your vehicle is taken care of. When I got my truck it had an after market exhaust that sounded sick! I was traveling across Canada when my truck came due for service, i went to the local Dodge dealership to get the service but they said they couldn't fit me in that day. On a whim I pulled into the Chevrolet GMC dealership and even though they were all booked up they said " no problem sir, we'll take care of you" . My truck received a great service by knowledgeable staff . I'd highly recommend this place to any make or model vehicle. Service departments definitely got it going on. Thanks again
I called from Edmonton at 3:30 pm Dryden time. My granddaughter was stuck in Dryden at a gas station not able to open the gas door! Your receptionist was very helpful and kind. She got a salesperson to agree to try and help. When I called my granddaughter she had managed to get it open, gas up and was on the road to Thunder Bay. I am very thankful for the professional way your staff handled this. Apparently taking care of people and solving problems is your main priority. I appreciate it very much. Five star service
Can't even make time to scan a traveler's truck ? Pretty pathetic especially regarding time of year trying to get to family !!
