I am a Dryden resident and was looking for a closer family doctor. I stopped in to the Dryden Family Medicine office to ask some questions and was miserably greeted by their "receptionist". She was curt and rude. She didn't listen to me, just spoke AT me. She should be removed from that position as if I ever came in to that office as a "sick" patient and had to deal with her it would be my last time. I had a terrible experience with this practice. I rarely go to the dr. In fact I am over 50 and finally decided I needed to see a regular family doctor rather than go to a doctor I saw very occasionally when I got ill (last time 2007) I recentlyh became a patient there. I was stung by something at the beach. They did see me two days after I called. At this point I was very swollen. I've been to see Dr. Klepack over the past ten years. He's a wonderful doctor: he really listens to the issues I bring up and I never feel like he's in a rush to leave the room. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well. The nurses and front office staff are kind and attentive. I'm so grateful to have Dryden Family Medicine in town!
I've been a patient at DFM since childhood. Over the decades I received nothing but the best, most considerate care I could want from a family doctor. The doctors at this practice genuinely care for their patients, treating not only the symptoms but the underlying causes. They will be there for you in sickness and in health, always with able, professional, and accurate advice.
I saw Dorrie for a physical and received exceptional, personalized care. The staff were friendly, the office welcoming, and service was prompt.
My family and I have been going to this practice for many years. The doctors are thorough and caring. Staff very helpful and professional. Highly recommended.
