SJ and Regina did such an amazing job turning the community around. They helped keep the community clean and were constantly working to better everything. They personally worked with me on a number of issues and I'm so grateful for them. The star I didnt give is related to the first year I lived there without them, the previous management and maintenance staff did not seem to care much about the community and it reflected in their work.
A bunch of morning buses have to wait longer so the kids can get through the gate. Why do they have to wait for a car to open the gate and the little kids get locked out of the apartment the side door don’t even open from the inside gate poor kid crying outside the gate trying to get in. Why do kids have to run to a dangerous gate where cars never stop please fix the door at least.
If i could leave a -10 stars I would!!! These apartments are disgusting! Management is horrible! The pool was out the whole summer, gate has been broke the past two years ,now the mail room gate is broke Amazon couldn’t deliver the package. Someone car got broken into. Charged me 250$ for trash not being in the bin but it wasn’t mine told the manager she reduced it to 150$! Wowwww what a huge difference. Dog poop everywhere!
