Visited the property in 2022, it was nice . Loved the property and staff. However I’m now seeing so many bad reviews and the staff never answers the phone. Been calling for a whole week Which is a red flag for me .. Update : still never answer the phone. Call before applying because the dates are misleading online. The units are not ready by that date.
I was able to tour this property yesterday and it wasn’t really the space I was looking for. Keirstyn is who took me on the tour and she was very nice and answered my questions! I didn’t give 5 starts because I did not appreciate the energy I got when I walked in! I believe it could have been the manager and the way she was cutting Keirstyn off on giving me info on floor plans was very rude . It was shady also ..like let her speak …. This place is terrible once you get your apartment the staff do not care about you. Trust me it is not worth it living here. They’ve towed my vehicle when my lease wasn’t expired and I had the same plates . They fine me for whatever rule that not a rule ,that they do not like and they this four times different reason, by adding other. The fines are 250 for one fine. Paying your rent online is an extra 210 dollar with all the monthly fees. The gate is always broke. The pool is open for just a weekend then closed for a month a... read more

I’ve been living at Dryden Apartments for a year now, and I’m happily renewing my lease. The manager is responsive, respectful, and really cares about the residents. It’s been a positive experience overall, and I’m happy to continue living here. and highly recommend this place.
