The walls in our basement seemed to be eroding from water damage. Steve from Drycrete called me the weekend before the visit to get more details and then visited me at the house on the day of the appointment. There was a 1-hour appointment window but he kept in touch via text so I could time it with work. He immediately diagnosed our problem.
