We had Drycrete install a new steel bulkhead over our basement stairs, replacing a poorly constructed enclosure built by a prior contractor. Right from the get-go, we noted the strong communication, with timely responses from the office, as well as quick delivery of quotes. We were amazed at how well they not only demolished the prior structure, but repaired the damage caused by the prior contractor. Your crew was awesome. Alex the crew chief was wonderful during the job. He explained everything as they got started. 7 am on the dot. They worked non stop....and were so respectful of my neighbors property...tarp on the entire driveway where working. The area is cleaner than when the crew started.
