I have been very impressed with expedience and professionalism of DryCore. They were prompt the night of our leak, explained the entire process in detail, and even left their equipment in place after insurance stopped paying to make sure they got all the moisture. In a world where customer service is oftentimes mediocre, at best, this team excelled!

Spoke with Carrie to make the appointment. She was friendly and efficient. The owner, Robert came the next day and appraised us of his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He came with his colleague Juan Carlos. They are very knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. We look forward to working with them.
