My carpets looked the exact same as when the person arrived. He also was not using a legit carpet cleaning machine. It was the type of machine you use to buff hard wood floors. A legit carpet cleaning machine SUCKS UP the dirt. This machine was just spreading it. I am very disappointed and waisted $120.00. My house didn't even smell like he was using any cleaning solution or soap. I think he just used water. My carpet even smells like moldy water now.
