I will never step foot in this dry cleaner again, they cleaned 7 of my sofa pillows, worth $3,500.00 custom made for my home. They were supposed to dry clean them and it looked like they washed them. All the colors ran with horrible stains and the fabric shrunk. I spent weeks and months on end trying to talk to one of the managers by phone and leaving notes and messages at the shop for someone to please call me and not once did anyone call me back or give me some sort of resolution. Worst Dry Cleaning Experience – I went on a Sunday because it was one of the few places open on a Sunday. The woman who worked there was rude. I walked in and she made me wait for me to speak for 15 minutes. It was very awkward because she was doing nothing behind her desk and nobody else was in the small room. I felt like she made me wait because she simply did not feel like talking. (typical Miami customer service). Not good – The first time I used this dry-cleaner, they did a great job on my husband's wool suits and cotton shirts, which are fabrics that don't require special care. However, when I took one of my expensive silk dresses, they tore some of the seems and straps. I would have been better off just gently washing it and steaming it myself than what they did. Thus, I would not recommend for delicate fabrics/clothing. Very disappointed.

Worst Dry Clean ever – I took my clothes for the first time. I had to waste a lot of time because they told me the clothes were ready at a specific day and they were not ready. I came back two times after and they were still not ready. They sent the clothes somewhere different, they don't do it in the same place. When I got my clothes one of my merino sweaters had 4 holes. Reasonably priced but bad quality – I took my clothes here regularly for about 1/2 year without any complaints. Then everything turned bad. They lost one of my shirts and I had to see the manager (who is only there until 11am every day) to get the shirt reimbursed. The very next time I went there, two of my shirts had new stains when I picked them up. The employee was very nice and offered to clean them again. don't bother! – I was desperate to dryclean my clothes for a resonable price. The shirt that I wore once came back wrinkled and in bad shape. The suit that I gave them came back with new stains and the pants were all wrinkled. When I called to speak with a supervisor, there was no one available. They will not expidite the drycleaning, even thought the work was horrible. I am very disappointed with their service, and the quality of their work.
