Avoid this place at all costs! Dropped off a pair of suit pants in February to get the pocket stitched (pre-corona). Came back a week later to pick up they said it has not been delivered and they would call me. They didn't. Went 2 other times and called once for a total of 4 attempts over 6 weeks. Each time they told me it wasn't brought back, said they'd call me when it arrives and they never did. Worst customer service ever! I brought my shirts exactly one week ago and when I go to pick them up it was not ready, then I returned the next day and they ironed the shirts without washing it. Then I returned the next day and it was not ready and the employee was very rude and disrespectful. Then I came back and it was closed. When I return Thursday, the manager was very respectful but She gives me the excuse that the material is not easy to clean. I have already taken it to other places and clean it properly.
