I’ve been going to this dry cleaner for 10 years. The pandemic hit and the old owners are no longer there. I tried to continue support until they ruined my shirt!!! This FRAME linen shirt was “patched” with ugly white cross stitching. I complained and they said it’s irreversible. They simply responded with I won’t charge you. How is that comparable when you just ruined my $200 shirt?!?!
