This is a good dry cleaner. Tailoring is accurate and quick. Respectful staff.
Hands down, Dryclean Express is the best dry cleaner in the AV. I trust them will all my cleaning and alteration needs!
I am now very disappointed with Dryclean Express (Lancaster). They ruined two of my garments and completely ignored my inquiry about how they would remedy the situation. I waited for nearly six weeks without any response before finally going in to retrieve my items. After that, I began texting the owner directly, but they still did not respond. I always get my needs met here, whether it be clothing adjustments, or drycleaning. My go to drycleaners for all my dryclean needs. The tailor is hard to get a hold of at some times for the have a very specific schedule.
