I am now very disappointed with Dryclean Express (Lancaster). They ruined two of my garments and completely ignored my inquiry about how they would remedy the situation. I waited for nearly six weeks without any response before finally going in to retrieve my items. After that, I began texting the owner directly, but they still did not respond.
