Terrible company. Deserve zero stars. We had an awful experience with DryBasements. They don't perform quality work and blame customer to cover their tracks. After our experience, we do not trust them. Would 100% not recommend their services.
Rob saved me $12k. I had a quote from a competitor recommending that I dig up the entire rear of my house; an estimate that exceeded $12 000. Rob took a completely different approach. He put honesty and integrity before sales, and quickly identified the real issue: the patio door, not the foundation. I can’t thank him enough. It's rare to find someone with both his expertise and integrity. Highly recommended.
I would like to thank the team at Dry Basements . Josh who came out and installed my sump pump was fabulous . He was very personable , professional , and fast . Thanks for the great service !
