Had a wonderful experience at DryBar Harrods. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted so politely from Lisa at Reception. I was 30 mins early and she informed me I could be seen by my stylist. I was a bit apprehensive and nervous but they made me feel so at ease. I was booked in with Roxani. She was so lovely. A true professional who pampered me and gave my hair the care it needed. Exceptional Service by Roman Roman at the dry bar in Knightsbridge gave me the best blow-dry I have ever had. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly and made the experience enjoyable with his engaging conversation. This was my second blow out @ Harrods dry bar in the last 4 months. My stylist was super sweet & did a fabulous scalp massage & blowout. Super happy with my blow out.
