This was my first time ever trying to book with The Blow Dry Bar in The Woodlands, and the experience was terrible before I even walked through the door. I was having trouble booking online, so I called for help. On the first call, the person barely paid attention and told me to call back in 10 minutes. We had an appointment scheduled but did not go through with it because of the host at the front desk. He was rude and condescending, and the interaction made us feel uncomfortable. Very disappointing and not what you expect from a place focused on customer service. Management should do a better job with hiring and training, as the behavior we experienced was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business.
Drybar is the best! We came to get blowouts for family pictures and the blowout lasted throughout the evening and the next day! The staff here is amazing, the location is clean, everyone had a great time!
Very disappointed with my experience here. I’ve been going to different DryBars all over when I travel and in my hometown. Just moved here and came here for the first time before traveling out of town for a wedding. My appointment was scheduled for 4:15, and I wasn’t started until 4:35. This was an inconvenience due to me leaving work early to make sure I had enough time for this appointment before heading to the airport.
