I had a 10:00 AM appointment at Drybar UTC this morning. Apparently “10:00” means “whenever we get to you,” because at 10:32 AM they still weren’t ready — and then casually told me it would be another 20 minutes. So what exactly is the purpose of scheduling appointments? Just a suggestion? To be fair, the receptionist was very kind and polite.
