If I could give zero stars, I would. Appointment was made several weeks in advance. Received a call 2 hours before 1:30pm hair appointment that appt was cancelled (and there wouldn’t be a charge to us?) because staff members called out. It must have been a coincidence that staff members also called out of the midlothian location the same morning but clients that were originally told their appointments were canceled, were some how accommodated. Elizabeth was amazing !!! She did an absolutely phenomenal job with my hair. I have a hard time finding volume with my hair, but she made it so perfect. I loved my experience!!
YEARS of hair growth, wiped out from one salon visit. My hair is irreparably heat damaged all around my head where the curls were put in and I am now facing the real possibility of having to cut off around 6 inches of hair. I rarely use heat (and only a blow-dry when I do) but thought I'd treat myself for my birthday and I regret this salon visit so so very much.
