I have been to several Drybar locations—including Back Bay, Cranston, and Providence, and I can honestly say that the Providence location has consistently provided the worst experiences. Over multiple visits, I’ve encountered a pattern of unprofessionalism. I’ve had appointments where staff appeared to show up smelling strongly of marijuana during an 8:00 a.m. appointment, add-on services I paid for were never actually performed despite being charged for them, and appointments that ran so far behind that customers were eithe... read more

While on vacation I booked a blowout due to its proximity to my hotel. I am also a lover of Drybar and usually book an appointment in any state I am in. Grace was pleasant and friendly. She asked questions to determine what I wanted and delivered exactly what I asked for. It was 8:15 AM and she was high energy and upbeat. The location was clean and well stocked. I highly recommend and would return again when I’m in the area. :)
This was a while ago but I booked an appointment for a Saturday morning ahead of my afternoon graduation ceremony. I waited over an hour and then realized, if I waited any longer I would miss my ceremony. I asked the front desk how much longer it would be, and they said they didn’t know. I replied I needed to leave then and the receptionist asked if the credit card on file was okay for the cancellation cost! I immediately said absolutely not.
