I’ve been a longtime supporter of the Drybar brand, not just in NYC, but across multiple states. That’s why this recent experience was so deeply disappointing and frustrating. For context, I have K-Tips (individual luxury extensions) and booked a full service, clearly noting in my appointment that I have extensions. Worst Drybar I’ve been to. Terrible blowout and unpleasant salon. I have no body, no shine, but I do have clumps of hairspray throughout my hair. Waste of money and time and it doesn't look like I got a blow out.
