I did not get my hair done here, this review is based on my observations when I walked in to ask about pricing and availability. When I first walked past and tried to open, the door wouldn't open and I thought maybe I was at the back door or something. After walking around I realized it was the right door and just pulled harder. So the issue is this door is very heavy. I came here for years and I absolutely loved it! I haven’t been here in about a year or so but changes have definitely been made….. I have curly hair which takes some time to do obviously I know that, as I was paying the girl at the front desk told me now since my hair takes an hour and 15 minutes I will be charged an extra 30 dollars now if I go over the 60 min mark. Meaning a blowout will be $90 plus tip??? Insane, I really love it here I’m not sure why it’s changing so much! I will not be back unfortunately

I booked a Sat 9am appointment 3 days in advance over the phone. On the night before my appointment I got a text at 6pm saying I needed a card on file by 7pm. I did not see the text within the time frame. When I spoke to the owner I explained I was never asked for a card so this seems crazy to cancel my appointment. She was rude and abrupt and hung up on me, she took no ownership that her shop messed up when I booked by not asking for a card and that is why my appointment got cancelled.
