I always want to like this place but nine times out of 10 it’s always a disappointment. The place is so cute inside. The very first time I came I think it was a couple of years ago. The young lady did a phenomenal job but ever since then I have been back several times and it is always been disappointing.. Today was no better. It was the worst experience. I came to Drybar for a simple hairstyle for a wedding, and while everything started out nicely—the staff was polite and they washed my hair—the experience quickly turned terrible. When the stylist began brushing my hair, I was shocked. She wasn’t gentle at all—she aggressively ripped through my hair with full force. It was incredibly painful.
