I had an amazing experience at Dry Bar. The staff was very friendly and my stylist did a great job.
If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a dry service for my daughter and she washed her hair at home. When we got there, her hair was a little damp. So the stylist had to blow dry a little bit with a blow dryer to make sure that it was completely dry before straightening it. We had just come the week before and the same situation happened and everything was fine. Awful service. Waited 30 minutes and the stylist still was not done with the prior client. They have a problem booking their times correctly.
