I had a very disappointing experience at this location on my birthday. After arriving for my appointment I waited for about 10 minutes in the front of the store for my service to begin. The receptionist ended up taking me back to “get me washed” for the stylist. The receptionist had very long artificial nails. The wash was very rushed. She used 2 different shampoos but didn’t shampoo around my hair line or the nape of my neck (I noticed dry shampoo from the day before still in my hair when I returned home). I brought my daughter here for a blowout. Her hair is thick and curly. It takes me over three hours to do it. I did not know what to expect. Thankfully, the stylist did an excellent job. I was truley suprised
