I recently visited the Drybar in Encinitas for the second time, and the staff and service was truly wonderful! Everyone was so incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when I ran a few minutes behind schedule. Carrie gave me such a warm welcome at the front desk, and my stylist, Kandy, did an absolutely amazing job. I truly appreciate how helpful and flexible the entire team is, and I truly look forward to my next visit—thank you so much! :)
I’ve been a Drybar member for a year and have always had great experiences, which is why my visit to Drybar Encinitas was so disappointing. I booked an appointment online, received a confirmation, drove to the salon, and arrived early, only to be told there was no record of my appointment. I can't say enough amazing things about this location! Not only is it always extremely clean, all of the stylists are on time, professional, and do great work. Just today, I called to see if Encinitas could take me last minute after a horrible experience at another location. They not only squeezed me in, but were so kind as to ask me how I was when I arrived. I was caught off guard by how genuinely compassionate it was to ask! I have been a frequent flyer to blow out bars throughout North County for the past 15 years, and only rediscovered the Encinitas Drybar over a year ago! Now I won’t go anywhere else: it’s an hour of bliss, not just the variety of services available, but the entire experience starting with how you are treated and the vibe created by the absolutely incredible team there. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
