I love this Drybar location! Candy and Sydnee are phenomenal! My hair has never looked better, and they are so quick and friendly. Plus, it’s very relaxing - I could nearly be put to sleep during the blowout. So gentle. Highly recommend!
I signed up for the membership, found it difficult to make appointments, and cancelled. I checked my bank statements 5 months later, they clearly cancelled my membership but accidentally re-enrolled me in the newer, more expensive membership. I couldn’t log in to my account to cancel and seek help, so I called the store. They insisted I bring proof I cancelled the membership to the store (store hours are limited, not as posted, they wouldn’t allow an email, this was a hassle for me).
