I had such a wonderful experience at Drybar! Kelly, the owner, is truly amazing — professional, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. She makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in and clearly cares about her clients and her team. The stylist who did my blowout was fantastic as well. I brought both my daughters in for what they said was a "dry style", yet I was charged the same price for a wash and blow out for a child. I was extremely disappointed in their lack of transparent pricing. When I showed them that each of my daughters wanted the braided style they had displayed at the front desk, neither stylist nor reception bothered to tell me that a braid was extra.
