If i can give 0 stars i would! This Drybar is all about appearances and nothing else. The owner Daisy is unprofessional and treats her workers terribly overworked, underpaid, and disrespected. She hides behind a polished image, but behind the scenes it’s toxic. If you care about supporting businesses that value people, this is not the place.
I highly recommend this spot! The staff is very customer-oriented and makes you feel truly welcomed. The stylist and front desk team who attended to me tonight were exceptional—friendly and charming. My hair was styled beautifully! Thanks so much; it completely made up for my previous bad experience at the Rancho Cucamonga location.
It was my first time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised! Booking the appointment was fast and easy. My hair was washed, blowed out then curled. The results lasting until the next day. I was sad when I had to wash my hair because it looked so good and healthy. My stylist was Ximena & it was a great way to pamper myself. I will definitely be coming back.
