Loved this. Visiting from out of town and forgot my hair essentials. Staff were so nice and friendly. Loved how Jozee styles my hair . They even gave us umbrellas for the snow/rain to save our hair.
Experience 2: After my first experience was less than ideal, the staff were so kind to reach out and scheduled me for a redemption experience. They texted with me for several weeks to get an appointment on the books and it was absolutely wonderful. Experience 1: The staff was friendly, but I won't be going back.
