I have to say I had a very good experience with the Drybar Cranston. I have longer, thick hair and when I feel like pampering myself I really enjoy when someone gives me a nice shampoo and blow out. This was my first visit to Drybar Cranston and the studio space was bright, comfortable and welcoming. I met with and had my hair done by Nisa who was professional, personable and clearly very talented. She exceeded my expectations with a beautiful blowout with soft wavy ends. This place has gone downhill fast. I used to enjoy treating myself to blowouts here, but lately I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences. During my last four visits, I felt rushed every time. The stylists didn’t take the time to wash my hair properly, were very rough, and the finished blowout looked no better than what I can do at home. It certainly didn’t look professional. I went to this drybar a month ago for graduation pictures and loved how my hair turned out, so I wanted another blowout for my doctoral graduation yesterday. I booked my appointment over a week ago for 12 on Sunday the 17th. At 11:15 that morning, I received a call saying "they can no longer take me because they are down 2 styalists".
