Honest experience, and I usually only leave 5 star reviews and keep my mouth shut for the rest but its a chain and expensive. Overall it was fine, just nothing special. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to be sat and they forgot the massage I asked for even though I reminded them in the chair but it seems maybe they do it during a step I already received idk all i know is im a girl and wanted my head scratched and didn't get it.
