This location deserves 5 stars!! My stylist was amazing and on time! We had great conversation and were laughing. She listened to how I like my hair done and absolutely nailed it!! Loved my first experience and will definitely be back 🩷
Honest experience, and I usually only leave 5 star reviews and keep my mouth shut for the rest but its a chain and expensive. Overall it was fine, just nothing special. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to be sat and they forgot the massage I asked for even though I reminded them in the chair but it seems maybe they do it during a step I already received idk all i know is im a girl and wanted my head scratched and didn't get it. First experience at any Drybar. Appt started on time and my stylist was amazing at her job. My hair feels so light and clean and is holding the style. Update: visited again today. Appt started on time. The stylist, Katelynn, was excellent. Gentle but precise and did a great job.
