Terrible time management and service. Don’t waste your money, they do not care.
I scheduled a blowout over a month in advance for the day before my wedding to ensure everything was timed perfectly. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, and I arrived right on time. Another client walked in at 9:15 and was seated immediately, while I continued to wait. At 9:28 AM, I was finally told that my stylist had not shown up and there was nothing they could do. Waste on money - I came here for a blow out for a head shot photo shoot - and because it’s a rainy day / thought this would be the best way to make it last . Lousy shampoo - and the blow dry was lame . One and done !
My friend and I booked an appointment here and each drove over an hour to get to the appointment. When we got there, there was only one stylist working on another customer. We waited approximately 25 minutes past our appointment time before the worker told us that our stylists had not shown up and that he had called the manager to come up with a resolution.
