My friend and I booked an appointment here and each drove over an hour to get to the appointment. When we got there, there was only one stylist working on another customer. We waited approximately 25 minutes past our appointment time before the worker told us that our stylists had not shown up and that he had called the manager to come up with a resolution. We decided to get coffee in the meantime and he later called and said the stylists still had not shown up. We had to cancel our appointments. What a huge waste of time. W... read more

The work was fine but there was no communication that the price would be significantly more than the $59 advertised. I found out when I checked out.

My girlfriend left Drybar with her hair styled and even got some racist microagression tossed at her by one of your trainees free of charge. While working on her hair, your trainee was struggling a lot, needing a bunch of guidance. That's not a big deal. However, what was said next by this trainee was "It's hard to work on coarse Asian hair.".... They were 15mins late. My roots weren’t dry. My hair looked nothing like the photo, of myself, I provided from a previous blowout. I didn’t have time to sit there any longer to fix. Such a shame for an expensive service. Could have done it better myself :(
